F3300H Exquisite Heat Totalizer The exquisite heat (cold) totalizer is an instrument based on an ARM microprocessor. It works with various flow transmitters and sensors to measure flow, and pairs with two platinum thermal resistors (or temperature transmitters) to complete heat measurement of liquid heat carriers or cold energy measurement of cold media. It collects, displays, controls, remotely transmits, communicates and prints various on-site signals such as temperature and flow, forming a digital acquisition and control system. It is especially suitable for trade settlement and metering management. It can be widely applied in heating systems such as heat conduction oil boilers and water heating, as well as building air conditioning heat exchange systems. It realizes on-line metering of heat and mass transfer, thereby providing a basis for enterprise energy management, energy consumption measurement and technical economic analysis.

It can record power failure times, total power failure duration and the last power failure time.

Calculates the density, enthalpy and other parameters of superheated steam and saturated steam based on the IF97 formula.

Guarantees normal trade settlement when the compensation end sensor is in abnormal status.


· Management Function:

Enables protocol metering algorithm for high flow and low flow scenarios.

Supports metering in peak, valley and flat periods.

Sets daily quota, monthly quota and balance attribution to realize daily and monthly consumption management.

Installation Method:

Installation Method:


· Step 1: Push the instrument forward into the mounting hole from the front of the mounting panel (steel plate is recommended). The thickness of the mounting panel shall be 1.5~6.5 mm.


· Step 2: Install the mounting brackets supplied with the instrument as shown in the figure above (one bracket shall be installed on each of the left and right sides of the instrument; M4 standard screws shall be used for the instrument panel mounting brackets).


· Step 3: After the main body of the instrument is installed, connect the signal lines and power lines.
